I know there is a lot of comments about Sarah only having 1 side of the headphones on. She only did this because we share the same volume in our ears...I am the kinda guy that wants to crank it up and she wants to turn it down to talk haha, but I understand and apologize about this. I will relay it to her and hopefully figure out a way so the volume can be comfortable for her ears. Thanks for the feedback and we will strive to make it better :)

@Tom Tuffnuts A headphone amp is quite inexpensive (under $40) usually with 4 outputs with separate volume controls for each. I got one off eBay for $25. LOVEBITES band members are very friendly and an ensemble, no one in particular showing ego, only collaboration and mutual respect, which is what they promote in their lyrics. Especially these live recordings that all have the guitars panned left and right, respectively, both channels (ears) are important to grasp what is done. Remember the harmony duet after the individual solos in "Holy War"? Gotta hear both channels! This was their opening song, so they were just getting warmed up. The jackets are restrictive, but came off after this song. The crazy thing is Haruna doesn't really move around much more than that even without the jacket. Her motion is one of the most efficient and economical in the business, which is how she can play an almost 2-hour concert at that pace.

Well it never would be K-pop because they're Japanese! I guess they are a little stiff on stage but again if you're not as technically good you have to fill the space with on stage antics. Lovebites have quite a lot of variation in their music as they are not from the typical background for metal. Which is one of the reasons they bring their own style into metal. If you try their song edge of the world you'll get a glimpse of their variation in style.

These girls are pro-musicians. Especially Miyako who has played piano since she was 3, but in the late teens switched to guitar. She isnt that much about running around, but perform her best. To that they have Midori and Asami. Impressive watching her running around the stage with her purple ESP in high heels making stances you only find in a yoga studio. Freedom by Band-maid is a must! Lovebites are incredible. Just talented women. Miyako is a concert pianist, as well as incredible guitarist. This was the opening song of the show. Try their songs: Edge of the world, Swan song, Scream for me, Winds of Transylvannia. They are the Wolfpack, individual wolves, together creating art in their music. Japan has great bands: Lovebites, Band Maid, Nemophila, Mary’s Blood, others. You need your headphones over both ears, Lovebites, Band Maid, Nemophila guitars are in each ear. Harunna the drummer doesn’t move much, but these jackets are only on first song, they are restrictive. Oh, my, Midori blond guitarist, and Miho bass headbang. You need to do Holy War, Hammer of wrath, songs above. In an interview, Midori and Miho say why they wear white. It sets them apart in metal, opposite the dark, black clothes folks associate with metal. And they are sophisticated women, and graceful. I don’t bother with lyrics , music I love from the instruments, voice.

You're right. They are very stiff. The reason is because as mentioned before, this is the first song of the entire set. The jackets are what they wear when they always perform the first song. After that, the jackets come off, as Holy Wars is the next song they play (as mentioned below). But one thing to know about LoveBites: They will ALWAYS PERFORM LIVE IN WHITE. The reason for that is that they are short. As mentioned below as well, the tallest lady in the band is 5'2", while the shortest is Haruna (the drummer), at 4'9". Well, at any other show if they wore black or something like all the other bands do, they would be drowned out by the instruments, the stage, the set, etc. So they wear white so they can be seen. Also, Who said that metal had to be big burly gross-looking dudes wearing black, or women who dress entirely sleazy? They're out to break that mold by saying that they can look good while playing metal. In fact, they play better, cleaner and tighter than most bands out there today, and do it in heels, while looking like they just walked out of Versace at Caesar's Palace after buying a new purse. As for the stiffness, as others said, this was their opener, so they weren't really warmed up. Contrast this with We the United, which was the show closer, where they are moving a lot more and obviously having a blast (even dark-haired guitarist Miyako, who deliberately affects a stoic persona onstage).

Sorry but as musicien i'm, the acting and banghing on concert it's not the best to show how skilled the musicien are, but, it's just a "show and teatrical acting" ....a gifted musicien does'nt need to allvays bang the head or show anything on scene the skills talk by himself and those ladies have the fantastic skill to really dont need to act but the sound and the singhing talks alone ..Lovebites are amazing players all of them and not need to act on scene to the peaples and fans, them sound talk to let the croud and fans enjoy the heavy metal sound, that's more important than banghing or acting . metal music evolve on the sound and not just on the show But Lovebotes give us both , the sound and the show.
