Park Jimin has the most beautiful, distinctive and versatile voice I have ever heard! I watched so many producers who said his voice is a gift to work with and considering how all BTS songs are literally full with his voice - lines (often the most important parts), harmonizations (often over multiple octaves), stunning adlibs...well, they definitely know what they are talking about. I personally would define it that way - Jimin’s voice is in my opinion the most important factor for the creation of the typical BTS sound experience and I really love that sound❤️

The song Spring Day holds a special place in a lot of people's hearts. It was released in 2017 and has NEVER left the charts in S. Korea. The song was written by RM and Suga and is about missing childhood friends, but it quickly became associated with a tragedy that happened in S. Korea in 2014; the Sewol Ferry sank and over 300 people, mostly high school kids, drowned. BTS embraced this and their official MV has a lot of tributes and symbolism for that event. I HIGHLY recommend watching the official MV (which has subtitles) and there are a few different explanation videos if you want a better understanding of the MV. Also... The official MV for Save Me was a One-Shot shoot. Obviously they filmed it more than once, but every time they ran through it, they did the entire song/choreo until they got the single shoot they wanted. It was also a cold-rainy day and they danced in sand. o_O The music from Save Me roles directly into the music for their song, I'm Fine.

🖐️I am loving your reactions. I am a BTS stan for three years. I have been fortunate enough to go to three of their concerts and waiting on the fourth one which was canceled due to covid-19. Their concerts are fire the whole stadium is jumping and it is good feelings good vibes so if you can go to the next one I would highly recommend it. they have light sticks called Army Bombs that change colors with the songs. Everybody in the audience practically has one so the stadium is full of color. By the way I am a mature BTS fan 58 years young. My daughter introduced me to them 3 years ago when she had to go to their concert. Since then the enthusiasm and love of them has not gone away. When I find true reactors to their music, I am a true fan of that reactor. I feel you'll really appreciate their music more once you get into their older music. They started out as a hip hop group so the earlier music has R&b and hip Hop influences and have evolved into this multi-genre group. 🖐️

@@beubiueniwn8317 it's not so much that it's super hard. You're waiting in a queue at Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster says you can enter the Queue an hour before ticket sales. Some kind of way other people get in ahead of you even when you log in right at the hour b4. One of the times I did it there were 2000 people in front of me. When they let you in the queue most of the seats are gone and you have to rush to pick your seats. The system times out and then you have to use a code to get back in and it's difficult in that way. If you go through a third party site it's not difficult at all you're going to pay three times the face value. Here's a tip if you can wait for the second day of the concert or the final day of the concert if you go into the third party sites, tickets prices start to drastically decline because people are wanting to get rid of their tickets that didn't sell. I went to the second day for the price I paid for one ticket for the four of us.

@@beubiueniwn8317 it is xD the Map Of The Soul tour got canceled due to the pandemic, only the US leg postponed and fans didn’t mind not getting a refund and keeping their tickets bc of how hard and stressful the process is. Sold out stadiums in minutes!
@Always4Bangtan3 жыл бұрын
@@beubiueniwn8317 I can only speak as someone who's bought tickets in the U.S., so I don't know if that helps. I haven't had the nightmare experience I've heard so many people have, but maybe it's because I've bought single tickets? Ticketmaster lays out very specific, but pretty clear rules (I read them a few times, for sure), I didn't have to wait that long and I didn't get bumped out. I would very much AVOID using multiple devices, because they specifically forbid that. I've only ever used a single device. It may just be that I've been super-lucky, because clearly it's been hard for a lot of people. And the seats close to the stage were definitely gone before I got there. One other thing I will say is, that although the concerts fill up fast, they're almost never ENTIRELY sold out, particularly the second day. That may change going forward, given the popularity the guys have amassed after this past year. But the first time, I bought a ticket a month before the show, and they still had some good seats available, plus a lot of the less expensive seats higher up in the stadium. I've also read accounts from people who bought tickets at the venues on the day of, because they always hold some back apparently (although nothing is guaranteed). It's sold out by concert day, but not always before. All that to say that of course it's hard to get the tickets. You don't really have time to think when choosing, and part of it is definitely luck, but I feel like we've created a bit of mass hysteria around the whole experience that can be misleading. When concerts are happening again, if you want to go, I hope you get to be there! 💜

@@Always4Bangtan to add to what you said I think it's the larger cities that run into the problem too. I'm in Chicago so we have surrounding states coming here. I’m going to tell you like this. There is no concert like a BTS concert. I have been to shows such as A/C D/C, Prince, D’Angelo, Motley Crue, Beyoncé, and many many more. I love all kinds of genres, but I had never seen anything like what those men put on. It was a spectacle, a feast for your eyes, and they sound like their Albums.

this is definitely how bts sounds not how kpop does, they have such range and such emotion that i think cant be reached by a lot of people, plus their lyrics are super meaningful and they mostly write them themselves

bts were originally a hip hop group but they dabbled as time went on and eventually told us that they dont want to confine their artistry to one genre and instead want to create what they feel like creating. they still have 3 very talented rappers (lyricists/producers ,KOMCA members, also have solo mix tapes) whom of 2 were once underground korean rappers and the other being a street dancer who was taught by the other 2 how to rap. our 4 very talented vocalists have grown so much as well creating contributing writing and producing to/for bts as a band and as solo artists. thank you for reacting!

“Bogo Shipda” in Korean mean “I miss you and want to be with you.”
@shion144443 жыл бұрын
actually it just means i want to see, but in certain context means i miss you/i miss it :) comes from the verb 보다(boda ) which means to see

i like your words and what u have to say. spring day is connected to a tragedy that happened in 2014 in sk. the lyrics go something like "i miss you and when i say it out loud i miss you even more" and "how long must i wait to see you.. when the flowers bloom? if i were the snow falling would i be with you quicker?". this spring day is actually the concert version and at 15:27 and 18:09 is when army come in and sing. also 8:25 is when army come in with our fan chant and bts do a dance break, this part happens twice within the song.

I loved the reaction, especially because you focus on their skills. They have a lot of stage performances to check out. Armypedia is similar to the NPR performance you saw, then there’s the No More Dream performance from a while back just to show you their vocals + dance. And theres the hottt R+B “medley” Dimple with Pied Piper. No more dream (one of their older songs and performance): kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZ6sZpqEqtaXZ5o Armypedia (like NPR): kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHfUd2BpprmtiMk Dimple + Pied Piper (R&B vibe): kzbin.info/www/bejne/pqW1oGyPfaaUmbc

"That's pretty dope." 😂💜 They have a song called DOPE btw. FIRE too. 😂 They debuted in 2013 so their discography is massive! Lyrics are everything so check out their lyrics in English. DOOLSET Bangtan is a nice resource for accurate English translation. Check out some introduction videos to get an idea of who they are. XCELESTE is a good channel to check out these intros. BTS has many layers to them. Their songs and MVs are just the tip of the iceberg. You still got dance practices, LIVE performances, variety shows, documentaries, live streams, interviews, various projects, etc. *BTS = Total Performance Package* They are beyond just artists. #ARMYsince2014 💜

Hi, I'm subscribing. I love your reaction. I wish I can recommend any song bc that's the hardest thing when it comes to BTS... their discography since 2013 is insanely versatile and hands down timeless. If you want to see them live... they live for live performance...believe me...their live perfoms are 10 times better than the actual MV. Ok I think I'd recommend OUTRO:TEAR (live performance) for both of you to start with. That's BTS rap line and they got some bars.

I originally hear the “love” in songs as a romantic love, but Save Me is different. V wrote it when he was grieving for his grandmother. (His guardian)

Spring day always makes me tear up. It was a tribute to the students who died in the Sewol ferry accident in 2014. The song is about missing friends and how the government tries to keep the people suppressed and quiet. The government did not try to save the students and said there was no one still on the ship. The workers and captain told the students to stay in their rooms while they left and were rescued. I’m pretty sure the captain was charged for murder or manslaughter. It wasn’t just a few students. 250 students died. They filmed themselves scared about dying and telling their parents how much they love them. In some of the footage from a helicopter that was present, you can see as the ship is going underwater, there are students at the windows banging on the glass. What did the rescuers and government do? Nothing. They wouldn’t even retrieve the bodies. Volunteers did. Rest In Peace to those who died. #NeverForget
