Yea author confirmed we are living good ending. The most accurate theory is as follow: Bad ending was repeating over and over until eventually our universe is experience good ending. In every iteration Ame restarted universe as she never lost hope that it can be fixed even tho she always saw previous failures. Eventually her endless hope got incarnated in our universe as Irys, you can see her logo briefly around 11:47 as she is starting to form. Irys then helped Gura join the hololive as is seen in her original lore animation kzbin.info/www/bejne/oXuqpIqFh7iaY5Y Because of that Ina and rest of the group joined too and that helped Ina to keep Ancient One in the check, so bad ending didnt happen.
