With all my knowledge on 3D modeling , animating , etc.. and after talking about it with my Animator friends i've came with the conclusion that this is a real person dancing and moving during most of the video. But when it changes to the different forms of "naevis" it is definetly animated by a real person , the moves are choppy or sometimes too cartoony. I have to say they have got a great idea of merging real with ai and 3D together. The background from what it seems is fully 3D , the characters too exept for the one we see dancing a lot That one is a real person with some deepfake used on the face (or ai on the face). During the Cartoonish models , the animation is not that good , meaning its made by a person and it would be rude using the term ai for THOSE parts , but for the face definetly suited for it (same for the voice). Also i have to add the motion capture kim is for the model of naevis that is shown during the M/V's : Dreams come true , Next Level , Welcome To My World and obviously Done. That specific model uses mocap during some scenes for example when she's walking. also what i said was more so a theory that i actually found it is TRUE , i didn't see the credits before but it has something credited (on top of the mocap credit ) as "Hyper Real Face Swap" so that pretty much confirmed my theory :)

I knew it. I had a conversation with someone on another reaction video they said the dancing scenes were completely ai cuz of the difference in lighting. I didn’t believe them, but went along. Yes, the dancers aren’t as lit in the dark setting; maybe cuz they’re just wearing black. The way her clothes moved looked too real to be completely ai

If you check out the youtube-shorts leading up to this you get the majority of the lore. Not sure how I feel about it, but the song is actually very catchy. The video and all the world-building is pretty cool.
