bbigeudeog is a Korean word we don't have a word for in English. It means a walk that's crooked or off kilter. I love this song's message because it means you should walk your own way - do it your own way - and that THAT and hard work is what will make you great! Yes, album reaction PLEASE!!

the second EXTREMELY high high note is by HAECHAN! it's crazy high too; A5 and i'm pretty sure he's hitting it using mixed voice which should not be humanly possible as it's the highest mixed voice note in an nct song

I feel like this album is an encapsulation of the entire NCT journey up until now. A lot of people are saying that they are disappointed it isn't more experimental, but I feel like you only experiment until you find the answer, the solution to your question. Can't wait for the album reaction, and not saying no to the other one you missed too. If you want an insight on what Walk aka Nan ppigeudeok means I recommend you check out Form of Therapy's PD reaction, he explains it really well. In short Nan ppigeudeok doesn't have a direct translation in english, can mean all the different translations you seen, but the general one is they walk their own walk, a little crooked/tilted, it's essentially a vibe.

I saw Higher Faculty and I clicked!! The super high notes of course it's by Moon Taeil! I feel like they went a bit conservative on the title track this time (especially compared to the b-sides from this album and their previous comebacks) and I wished there could be more melodic dynamics on the hook? My favourite songs from the album are 'No Clue' which has more r&b elements and showcases more vocals of the members, and the song 'Orange Seoul' which has more jazz-hiphop vibe and is good to vibe with.

hey I loved your reaction. thanks for checking out their new song. Just wanted to let ya'll know so 삐그덕 (bbigueduk) actually means to pimp walk like walking in a cool way with a limp. and the vocal hitting that high note riff @6:42 is Taeil and Doyoung riffed right after that highest note. And also the reason you might be a little confused with the lyrics is cause the translations are really off in some parts. In some places they're completely not at all what they actually sang in Korean. I'm not sure if they're ai translations or just what sm translated as the lyrics in general. For example in the chorus they said 난 삐그덕 삐그덕 (nan bbigueduk bbigueduk) meaning I pimp walk pimp walk, but it's translated as I'm a bit rusty, a bit dusty (?) lol but there's lots of this through out.

Banger song and banger album. One of their best albums, in my opinion. Also, Walk's track in the album has Taeyong in it. Dunno why his part was cut from the music video. Anyway, I'd also recommend that you guys check out NCT's newest babies, NCT Wish. They're the Japanese unit of 6 new kids that debuted back in February. They're young so they veer into early NCT Dream vibes but yet they somehow still have their own thing going for them.

A little thing about producer credits for kpop songs on Genius: for song credits on Korean websites (at least on Melon) people are credited as 작사 (lyricists/writers), 작곡 (composers), and/or 편곡 (arrangers). On Genius, 작곡 and 편곡 (composers and arrangers) apparently don't count as producers and should only be credited as writers. The only time producers should be put in the credits of the site is if the title specifically says "prod. by" in the title/description. Source: a long-time editor for kpop songs on Genius told me this when I started creating and editing song pages on the site and I was like "??? okay?". I don't get it, either, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
