In south india it is called jangri which will be so soft and very tasty like spongy.with ghee and crusteted almondsand pista crushed nuts done over it for more flavouring.

first of all thank you for reacting this channel this cooking is available in south india chennai state what special you want he will cook and one more thing is rahul gandhi also visited here to taste the food so many foriegners also guest for this cooking in the midle of the agriculture land one day you and your family come here for so many tourist places once you comment to this village cooking channel means they will give you date to you for participating this cooking and you are the guest in that day and they will treated as a family member and traditional dress definitely you like it south indian culture .thank you

This is tamilnadu jelabi..it tastes more better than in North India.. u will get addicted to this taste for sure..so don't try if u have sugar...😊😊

These are not Jalebi but Jangiri. Which is called Amruti/ Amreeti, and made of Urad daal. Jalebi is made from wheat flour/ rice flour.

इसे जलेबी नहीं इमरती बोलते हैं ! It is called Imarti and not Jalebi. Jalebi is made from maida and not from urad daal
