Yeah, not sure if you noticed on your first run, but a LOT of the people you meet are ancestors to people in present time. That farmer with the weird bowl cut? Looks like a certain Grass Gym Leader. One of the luck sisters? Elite 4. The fucking commander and captain. Professor and Team Galaxy respectively.

You missed a lot of comedy without having the subtitles on. They explained the math of how many eyes do all the Pokémon have. Always have the subtitles on and watch the end of TM’s videos.
