Look I loved this trailer but don't get too far ahead lol , BvS Batman is the most comic accurate live action Batman so far , the Batmobile chase, the warehouse scene , Hard to imagine that this movie will top those scenes (But it does look like Matt got inspiration from BvS)

It feels like the True Batman from the dark comics brought to life. Just Batman at his core as a character from the comics. The dark fucking visceral tone and I fucking love it. Hell yeah. And not just Batman, the penguin , the Riddler, cat woman… It’s like the movie producers/writers/cinematographers all got together with the dark comics team and Arkham series rocksteady. I haven't been this excited for a Batman flick since the first movie with Michael Keaton in 1989. If The Batman even partially lives up to this trailer, it will be the greatest Batman film, yet. And if they do a sequel, I'd like it be based on "The Killing Joke". Imagine...it starts with a poor schmuck trying to make ends meet...a Comedian, but with no laughs...until he meets the Batman, falls in a vat of toxic chemicals, and his family dies in a fire the same night. Or so he thinks...cue the hysterical laugh and green hair...enter The Joker...

Robert Pattinson's version of Batman reminds me of Red Hood in the Battle for the Cowl, when he became the Batman, but a more brutal and lethal Batman. And I love how Riddler is getting more recognition especially to those non-comic people. Although Riddler isn't with the likes of Dr. Hugo, Morrow, or Lex Luthor, he's still a special kind of genius nonetheless.
