Mousakàs is is with eggplant and potatoes but pastitsio is with pasta that's why it's called pastitsio and yes she misspelled and mispronounced things wrong like you nailed tyrokauteri and horiàtiki but she didn't and the same with mpaklabàs,tzatziki,mpougatsa etc
