I think the roots are in the USSR, where almost all children's sections (dance, music, sports, technical) were free. My opinion is that it should be like this everywhere and always if the state calls itself social. We are constantly lied to that it is not possible. The experience of the USSR shows that it is possible and this is the norm.

There is practically no street or any other violent crime, day or night, in any area of ​​the city. Robbery of stores (in Russia this is a serious crime because it is violent), as we see in numerous videos from the USA, is savagery for Russia.

Да детские игровые площадки практически во всех дворах домов! Кроме того, во многих торговых центрах отличные игровые места для детей, со всяким, для этого, оборудованием! Про парки, уже и не говорю! Для разностороннего развития детей, бесплатного и платного в РФ, сделано довольно много! Насчет преступности она тоже права, такой конечно нет , как во многих развитых западных странах! Например, моих знакомых грабили в карманники, в Бельгии, Италии, прямо с мотоцикла! Вообщем, в отличии от России, там рот не разевай и держи свои сумки, телефоны, фотоапараты и прочее покрепче!
