I understand Andy Griffith had some financial struggles in his older years, and Brad Paisley made sure that Andy got a cut of the royalties for the video. Brad either does very heartfelt or very funny songs. You might enjoy Brad with Dolly Parton singing, When I Get Where I'm Going. A fun one from him is I'm Going to Miss Her (with Brad's actual wife, actress Kimberly Williams Paisley in the video).

Could be a waiter at a restaurant waiting on a woman too haha! I'm not big on modern country music either, but it's not terrible...it's just not my thing. This particular song has a nice message and it was cool to see Andy Griffith (RIP) making an appearance to share some "old man" wisdom. Musically, it's a pretty standard pop/country song but I guess Brad wanted the message/lyrics to be center of attention here. Anyways, it was a nice song. Wanna hear something nasty instead of nice like this song for a change? How about an all-female thrash metal band that will tear your head off? Sound interesting? Well, if so, check out Nervosa with their song Jailbreak (if I post a link, my comment will probably disappear, so you'll have to look it up). Cheers!
