Yeah so Bang PD used to be CEO but he decided to become a chairman instead in 2020 so that he could focus on producing music more. He used to work at JYP until he founded bighit in 2005. The drawing came about when JK drew him around 2013 and since then that drawing of Bang Si Hyuk became iconic.

FESTA (short for festival) started yesterday with the opening ceremony of their family portraits. Today 6/3 BangtanTV just released their dance practice video for "We are Bulletproof or.2" and "No More Dream" then "N.O." literally few minutes ago. From yesterday (also my birthday 😁) until their 9th anniversary celebration on 6/13 we'll be getting so much new, beautiful and nostalgic contents. Im so happy, excited and proud of BTS and their growth...both professionally and personally. 😭💜 #ARMYsince2014 💜

It's a really big thing that BTS can call him "hyung" and use his name casually and make fun of him, its not common in their culture to do that to a senior and their boss at that. Jin said it was a big achievement in his life to call him hyung. You should watch the compilation "BTS clown Band PD".
