Dimash actually added in the runs and part of the background vocals that he did in the original Screaming music video. During his live performances, he added the rap. Now he's taken that out and put back those beautiful vocals. And yes, I never thought that his voice could actually improve but it is. It's richer now with the high notes coming even easier than before. As I always say, Dimash is music in human form.

Dimash has always been confident on stage, he has been professional since 2010, so he has no problems in that area. Dimash always sings his songs differently no matter how may times he has sung them. He is a consummate professional in all he does and is still striving for perfection, although we think he reaches ut in every performance he knows he still has much more to give.

what i love about dimash is that every performance has just a slight change to it. this is different from both the mv and idol hits and i love it. he is always learning, always improving, always wanting to try new things to add just because he wants to.

I really like this new version of the song. The song changed its character. You can see how much fun Dimash has to play around with his voice, making runs, dancing around and he looks so relaxed and he gives us pleasure with his smile. But I don`t like his pants, what really isn`t important at all. Looking forward to more performances

I believe this is live. Someone made a comment and said he made mistakes during rehearsal but they think they used that tape for the performance. That doesn’t make since. Great reaction as usual

He didn't make any mistakes he did one of his high jumps and the belt he was wearing fell off, he caught it masterfully and carried on like it never happened. That's why he had to repeat which is something he never has to do. He has an enviable reputation of being a one take artist 💖

I love the version when the belt comes off and prefer it to this. It causes the ear monitors to come out and the 2nd half is done without ear pieces. Insane! But obviously 2 different takes because of wardrobe malfunction, not mistakes.

The fancam rehearsal is live singing actually. In the fancam there’s a few places where his pitch is slightly off, especially on the “me” at :46 and at the very end of the run just before he does the staccati. In the fancam he goes a few cents flat at :46 (“me”)& 1:51 (“me”) & 1:58 (“see”) and on the last note before the staccati in the rehearsal @ 2:54. Notice that almost all these instances are on the notorious long E vowel. In the actual performance these are corrected although the first “me” is still a little flat. It is possible however that they recorded the rehearsal and used pitch correction to fix these for the televised performance since the adlibs are the same in both versions. In that case the televised version is a recorded “live” version but the actual performance is to playback. This is a common procedure for big TV performances and was most famously used for Whitney Houston’s Super Bowl US national anthem performance.

They aren't adlibs if he planned it. Olympico sounds exactly the same every time. We know he is capable of it.

@@Lilith_F I guess if you just make up your own definition of “ad lib” then this is true. But for the rest of the world an “ad lib” is some thing added by a singer or performer that wasn’t in the original composition. There is no reason a performer couldn’t plan their ad libs in advance. Some singers plan all or part of their adlibs & some singers make them up in the moment. Very few singers do 100% improv ad libs every time they perform, even jazz singers don’t do this. There is no evidence that Dimash did or didn’t plan these ad libs before the rehearsal, which is him singing live. At this point I would say there’s a 99.9% chance that the televised performance was to playback of the rehearsal recording.

They are supposed to be spontaneous, yes, because not set in actual lyrics, but they can certainly be planned as they obviously were in this lip synched version. And you are totally right about Olympico (almost) always sounding the same; that is because there is no 100% live version of that fantastic song on KZbin. Je m'excuse, mais depuis quelques temps, des Réacteurs disent des choses négatives sur Dimash. Et je suis très triste. Ce ne sont jamais les notes que les Réacteurs voudraient. Il y a pourtant plusieurs facteurs qui entrent en ligne de compte. Je commence à penser que les réacteurs làchent Dimash, sont moins impressionnés et j'ai beaucoup de peine, dans ma vie et pour Dimash......Ça fait 2 ans qu'il n'est pas allé en Chine et il fait les chansons comme ça lui tente, pour ce public. Je suis découragé de la vie et des gens.......xxxx Canada

Прекрасных реакций на Димаша так много, что нет времени всех прослушать. Приходится слушать только любимых реакционеров, но и их тоже очень много.

I am going to be here to support you, but I have made a personal decision not to watch this performance. And here is why. It is nothing against him. But I saw a still of this performance before the video went up. What I saw looked to be these very young female dancers dressed in a very adult way (shorts and very high white go go boots). It breaks my heart to see young girls oversexualize themselves. I know what it's like to portray yourself like an object, and to have people see you in that way because you feel you have nothing more to offer. From my perspective, it continues to perpetuate the idea that this is how you must dress to get a guy's attention. I believe that the body is a temple. And how you worship it shows a lot about your level of respect for yourself. We all have the free will to choose our own manner of self expression. However, it pains me to see the feminine degraded in such a way, even if it is just in the name of art.
