yeah, i heard she went through something tragic in her family recently, actually. so i bet maybe that's the reason why her voice has been sounding very emotional these days. also, check out her performance of Minefields that was released a couple days ago on MangoTV. she sounds very emotional throughout the entire sing, and literally cries just a tiny bit at the very end, as she's singing the very last line of the song to finish the performance. she's going through something hard right now, Tre. we can't judge her. just wish my girl heals from her pain and finds peace and happiness soon again. we love you Faouzia❤

she didn't cry a tiny bit, she really cried for quite a couple minutes, they cut the video right before you see it .. but you can watch the full episode on youtube

Re Fur Elise: Ah, the vagaries of a truly live, one-shot-only performance. It’s a high wire act. Especially since she’s so front and center. I like Faouzia’s version of “Birds of a Feather” even though it’s not as dark. Thanks Tre. You help me hear things more deeply.

As for fur elise, i think it was just a plain mistake. As much as I love and support her, she's human and sometimes she can also not be her 100%, although the rest of the performance was amazing

Birth of a feather was a flawless performance… But it’s a very boring song to me. But it’s growing on me a little bit.
