Actually "po" has a meaning but is snomehow hard to fully translate, because of the richnes of bulgarian language. Since the particles "по-" and "най-" form form the comparative and superlative degrees of adjectives and adverbs (like "better"and "the best"), the translation could be: "did you find somebody who is more, more, more?.. More- beautifull than me? (more, more, more) More passionate than me?... Why are you so silent?.. " Otherwise "po" by itelf, depending on the context could mean "by, on, of, at, over, etc..." About the video - they are both broken, dont function properly, useless, dead inside.. objectified as trash. So after what they have had, she has let a lot of men trowing her around, playing with her, while he also went sleeping with men. Later on he is hiding himself (who he is) behind a woman and she is with a guy who is albino- a contrast that suggest she is bad, broken person, playing with guys who are somehow pure, unblemished.. etc.. :)

The original s 0:19 ong is in greek " se pairno gia na sou po" by Triantafylos. This is why it sounds as greek.
