Yeah, I won't lie, this is a surprise group that I wouldn't have even noticed if it wasn't for the first video reaction. Now this is a group I really want to follow. Like stated in the reaction, these girls don't act like rookies. There is a confidence there, as well amazing vocals. Honestly it reminds me of how I was blown away by pre-debut Purple Kiss. I really think Limelight is going to be one of THOSE groups, judging what we have seen so far. So if you're reading this, thank you to introducing us to these girls, Kaia.

I'm obsessed with this group, and Miyu in particular. It's crazy how much they've grabbed me so quickly. And Yeshiro hasn't even joined yet? Bruh, I don't know what 143 is doing but they are doing everything right.

I think the _one_ thing they haven't done right (as far as I know; I haven't been able to catch _all_ their performances) is that even with two lead singles, I've only seen them perform Starlight live. I think they should do Eye to Eye instead on at least two or three shows, because I'm convinced that will be able to pull in new fans that Starlight won't entice...

@@Brickerbrack Yeah, I'd love to see some Eye To Eye stages before they finish too. I would have concerns regarding choreo though, I'm not sure it's a song that suits choreography, and as a result, I'd have concerns that it might come across as "boring" to many people watching. The performance feels like such an important aspect these days. I hope I'm wrong though and hopefully they do give it to us

@@yuna91203 I get that, which is why I'd only recommend it for a couple of their performances maybe. But if they're doing, what, four or five per week, and the first two weeks have been nothing but Starlight, it shouldn't hurt to throw in a couple of rounds of E2E as a switch-up...

I've been so obsessed with Limelight! All the songs are amazing and I've been so impressed with how talented each of the members are. Like you though, I've had similar feelings lately about how much I invest into nugus because unfortunately lately I've had my heart broken too many times by poor management, long periods of no comebacks or communication, members leaving, or even disbandment for a lot of nugus I really loved. I feel like Limelight is definitely special though and I also have a pretty good feeling about their future, especially with them being from a company with two Kep1er members. So while I may be hesitant to go all in right now, I have a feeling by the time they officially debut in a few months I'm going to be too in love with them not to completely stan them. I have high hopes for their future and I hope 143 can deliver and give them the support they deserve.

the end of an era....... sad to say goodbye to yellow punch but we love to see starlight as the intro. I have been obssessed with this mini since its release,too. I also agree with you about MiU that she doesnt feel like a rookie. Her camera presence is really good already. For sure my bias so far.

5:15 That eye-smile reminds me _so_ much of Kei from Lovelyz... 10:15 My mum suggested to me, and now I can't unsee it, that Gaeun has quite a bit of Baby Seulgi about her. The Special Clip for Cha Cha really surprised me. I listened to the audio-only version that KZbin auto-generated (I don't really do Spotify), and while I _liked_ it, it was a clear least-favourite, not that that was saying much considering how brilliant the other three already were. But for the SC, I'm sure the audio's mixed a bit differently (okay, I don't have an expert musical ear either), because it feels that much warmer and laid-back than the album version; does that make sense? Bias-wise, I'm automatically on Team Suhye because she's Jayoung's baby, and I love Jayoung. But you're absolutely right that MiU's charisma is just _ridiculous._ And I think Gaeun is a grower, in that she feels like she's the least comfortable so far, and doesn't have _quite_ the affinity with the camera yet that her unnies do, but I I'm confident that's an instinct she'll develop quickly. 13:07 And then she does _that?!_ 😭 I think one of the things I love about them, and what 143 seem to be doing, is that they're _not_ trying to shoehorn them into a concept. They're not trying to make them be cute, they're not trying to make them sexy, they're just _them,_ doing damned good music. And that's all we can really ask for. On the Mimiirose front, Rolling Quartz also posted a couple of pics on their accounts (and we see more in Arem's vlog ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4maZZWtaqt9jpI )) that RQ got a signed CD from Mimiirose, as is the custom for new groups... 🥰

I'm also REALLY into their album, it's a no pass for me. Starlight and Eye to Eye are immaculate it shows different side of them but they fit both. For this two I prefer Paradise I'm not specially into slow pace songs/Ballads but Cha Cha is always an healing time for me. Suhye might be my bias for now but it's still to early to pick a fav, also her facial feature remind me a lot of Hayoung, she has those smiling eyes with a bright smile, I'm so down for it ! 🥺

My bias is Suhye easily ive been stanning her since my teenage girl. My problem is if Mashiro and Yeseo joined since Mashiro is my bias on kep1er and i kept voting for their cell with Xingqiao. But its a problem for another day. 😅
