Thanks for the awesome reaction!!! It's a backyard session...Miley has the same band since ..2006 the drummer is her band manager. Few are added like the violin, etc .. Miley has vocal surgery called Reinke's Edema 2 yrs ago .

I’ve always like her but when her voice changed like that it was like woah…. I love that deep sound and raspiness, it just adds to her vocals, I think she may of lost that previous sound but gained a whole new voice! When she does covers of rock music it’s really amazing.
