Here she’s playing two characters, I think one is the girl of a famous man and the other is a hooker. Both don’t seem to enjoy their lives. When she sees the hooker and see how much she looks like her and how her man treat her she wants to help but she can’t. The hooker’s dead probably because of her man so the other one takes her place and kills him to revenge the other one. Thanks for your reaction its good to see people reacting to Mylene’s videos when they don’t know about her. You should watch the intro of last show cause she is best known for being the queen of entrances, it’s called « coming from the vortex / interstellaires » or the intro of her 2006 avant que l’ombre concert « intro / peut être toi » those two videos makes you understand why she’s so powerfull ! Take care and can’t wait for you to discover more about her 💕

Song lyrics sometimes doesn't have clear link with the video clip. The song is plaisant but the clip show 2 women,rich & poor, they have the same life, the same treatment. Thanks for your vidéo. Do "intro 2006 peut-être toi" please

Thank you so much for these reactions!!)) But!! when you watch any clip of Mylene, ALWAYS watch it completely without being distracted by anything!! Mylene just doesn't have meaningless clips where you can just get distracted by something and just listen to music... Many of her videos are whole short films, with their own meaning, history, and tragedy... in the creation of which she participates herself(not only as an actor). And I want to ask you to watch them with us))) believe me, this is a huge pleasure for us (and hopefully for you too).
@ekaterinadmitrievna97323 жыл бұрын
I totally agree. Mylene has a meaning in every frame and in every word! Cynthia, her world is very deep. There is a lot of sex, love, mysticism, death, reflections on religion, on the imperfection of the world. She writes the lyrics are full of metaphors. She is also an icon of the LGBT community. You can see it in her old songs

Yes Mylène Farmer is also a provocative singer as Madonna was (but less vulgar), there are some video clips which are very daring like "Pourvu qu'elles soient douces", "Libertine" ou "Beyond My Control" with explicit nudity and sex scenes

thank you for reacting. This is why we love Mylene and why you start to love her with your discoveries. you enter a universe of nuances and subtleties where each word sung is interpreted in the turn of the video clips. Mylene is something other than a simple singer. it is his whole being and his soul which is a work of art. for a French person, it is sometimes difficult to understand certain meaning, I dare not imagine the difficulty for you. The idea is that all of us can draw from the Mylene universe the meaning that is specific to us and that is why we always find ourselves there. good continuation. the video clips are very very important to watch too. I leave you with the example of "je te rend ton amour" an explosive clip. thank you again you are beautiful too. Mylene is an all package. Try also Lara Fabian it's a treasure in live version for the interpretation.

Beautiful song... fantastic video...and your reaction ? A pleasure to watch, as always. You should check out more of Mylene's music videos, they are all masterpieces. Watch the music video to "L'âme-stram-gram", you will love it, I'm sure... another "double role" as here in "California". But don't forget my recent request : Aurora with "It happened quiet" from Nidarosdomen concert. I'm sure you will LOVE it. The whole concert is MAGICAL, so why not doing a reaction video on the whole concert (58 minutes) ? If you have the time... it's worth it, believe me. Best wishes : Gerry

My interpretation of the clip: There is a rich and famous woman and a prostitute. In the end the man we see kills the prostitute. The rich woman discovers this and decides to sell the prostitute. So she goes to prostitute herself with the man and then kills him with the object she has in her hair Tank for your reaction 💖 Now: - désenchantée ( clip ) - pas le temps de vivre ( Mylenium tour ) - c'est dans l'air ( stade de France 2009 ) - Si j'avais au moins ( 2009 )

Guys, i'm french and I can explain the song. It's the history of a talented woman who choosed the sad way to be prostitute in california, she got L. A in overdose because she's drogued everyday, and she's getting mistreated by her mac (don't know if it's the right word), and he finally killed her, lyrics : "my love, my wesson, my artifice, the heat of the barrel is like a symphony" And when she sees herself in the mirror It's like she's seeing herself if she wouldn't have chosen that way, It's like both of her seeing the other one once their both dead. Mylène has always deep meaning and beautiful vibes you should react to more of her !!

She saw that the pimp was threating with knife a hooker which looked just like her, and tried to intervene. Later on she, while can't get out of thought of her, went to the streets disguised as hooker just to find out that hooker is dead. Then she seduced a pimp and went to his place to revenge and killed him with hairpin. That's all that was in video, everything else is just your imagination.

Overall, I tend to agree with the previous comments. Very interesting clip. Ambrose Cynthia.... may I remind you of your reaction some 2 months ago on a nine year old Soprano by the name of Amira Willighagen & your amazement that she not only taught herself by watching uTube videos, but to her magnificent voice that sounded like a trained singer of years experience. I thought you might have followed up with another reaction by now, so I’m asking you to react to Amira performing the same Aria , now 13 years of age. This video has 2 songs with both rather shortened versions, but WOW, this will blow you away. The title is as follows: O Mio Babbino Caro/ Your Love This young lady will become one of the worlds greatest Soprano’s . Her voice control is amazing & has a vibrato that often takes years to perfect. She has an amazing range & take note that whatever range she is in, she does so effortlessly without straining or running out of breath. Please react to this performance. This talent simply can’t be ignored.

You have to understand something with Mylène Farmer: Lyrics and music vidéo of Mylène Farmer doesn't have the same story but this is the link between them who create a more intense emotion ! If you listen the song *sans contrefaçon* it look like a joyfull song but if you look The music vidéo After, it's a kinda dark ans sad story... You should watch it ! It's one if her more popular song from the 80's She was the french Michael Jackson in term of music vidéo !! Maybe next Time you react to a Mylène Farmer vidéo, react first with the song alone, then with the vidéo

attention cynthia with the translators! without fluency in French, you cannot understand the subtlety of many Myléne songs. His texts are filled with metaphors, double meanings and allusions to things known. sometimes also it changes 1 or 2 words in a sentence and the meaning of the sentence changes ... the translator cannot translate that.
when you can react to Pink Floyd - Coming back to life ( live to Pulse concert 1994 ) good week-end to you 😎👍

@@christopher5040 That was my assessment, not somebody else's, and that's why I offered it. Someone else cannot give my assessment only I can. Just like I cannot give someone else's. And either way, in all situations in the final analysis each perspective is exactly that, a perspective. Nothing more. Sorry if it offended you but, yes, that was my assessment. Why would it even matter to you that someone has a different perspective from yours on such a nonconsequential issue? To the point that you're putting multiple exclamation points. Seriously, it just does not matter. My perspective is neither right or wrong, it is just a perspective. Neither by the way is yours. So maybe lighten up a little bit, and show some Grace to people and understand it's okay if we disagree on non-consequentials. Anyway, hope you have a good day.
