If you watch their mv ‘new jeans’ by new jeans from last year, that’s when they first collaborated with power puff girls. This time it’s for their debut Japanese song and the power puff girl version of them is transforming into Takashi Murakami versions of the characters (the ones with bunny ears and the rainbow flowers). Murakami is a famous artist in Japan and has done many collabs such as with BLACKPINK, but he personally really loves newjeans and wanted to collaborate.
