The "in the city" line in On Ten is a reference to NCT, which is frequently pronounced "NCity" by the members. That is also why the light stick looks like a building, so the arena looks like a cityscape.

I agree with you. The album is fire and I hope he got exposed more globally. This is his first step for a solo career because he’s always been working with so many units and members. So he had to follow the concept of the group and all. Now he could express many sides of himself. I’m happy for him. Hope for the best 👍🏻
