Great reaction. Loved how genuine and down to earth Dimash is. He has always been very appreciative of his fans and love to get everyone singing with him. He had said that it gave him great joy and happiness to have everyone from all over the world singing the Kazakh songs with him. 😊❤ He has a great sense of humor, and a true professional that he handled incidents like a fan shout out, or him forgetting lyrics or technical difficulties with such good nature and professionalism. That’s what made us Dears love him even more. ❤

Looked like you didn't have too much trouble loading up the video. This is definitely one of my favorite LiLaSi videos. And the next 2 are great. It seems you have issues the beginning melody which is from Love of Tired Swans. Great reaction.

Yes, this one was a bit easier with only one copyright issue that could be easily muted. It is a great series. I've enjoyed it so far. 🙂

19:53 wikipedia claims that happy birthday song is not under copyright in EUsince January 1, 2017 and in US copywright claims were never valid in first place

Good to know, although I don't think many family gatherings worried about it anyway - lol. I had heard something about it recently, but perhaps they were saying it was no longer under copyright. Looks like this all changed in 2016 (a blink of an eye ago for me -lol): From a Canadian Broadcasting Corporation report: A judge has approved a settlement that will put Happy Birthday to You in the public domain. U.S. District Judge George King approved the agreement Monday. It ends the ownership claims of Warner/Chappell Music, the music publishing company that has been collecting royalties on the song for years. The company has agreed to pay back $14M US to those who have paid licencing fees to use the song.

Re: Happy birthday Copyright status. The music and lyrics are in the public domain in the European Union and the United States. The copyright expired in the European Union on January 1, 2017. A U.S. federal court ruled in 2016 that Warner and Chappell's copyright claim was invalid and there was no other claim to copyright.

Thank you, yes, I confirmed that in Daniel's message below. The information I heard recently was either wrong or I misheard what they were saying. 🙂 Mind you, that change is fairly recent.
