This interview with Gabby Thomas was my favorite so far. A very smart and humble young woman but a straight killer on that track. When she came around that corner she left no doubts about who was going to win 🫡💯

What Unc and Ocho did for those Gold medal and World record breaking Olympians was awesome, the way the US Olympians are at the bottom of the reward money bracket of athletes who win Gold is ridiculous, God bless yall Unc and Ocho😢

Sorry but if you win a gold medal as an American you should now have sponsors lining up to sign you. It’s not bad. It is unfortunate, though how many Olympic athletes make very little money in general

7:27 Ocho is absolutely right! KD confirmed exactly this in his post game interview. Said the squad just played off each other and stopped calling plays at the end.
@greyklopstock7155Ай бұрын
That's what 15+ years of NBA basketball does. They didn't need to call designed sets cause they pretty much know every set under the sun already. Steph, Bron, and KD have seen it all. When that ball crossed half court, they knew what to do to break down the defense and find the openings. And book has the experience where he knows how to play off ball, he's used to Chris Paul lol. Booker was basically doing his best Klay Thompson today. And Embiid started setting the big screens, playing the modern big shooting trailer threes. It was awesome. Seeing Embiid fight off Jokic and lose his mind was beautiful. When you're a seasoned player like our big 3, it's like three great jazz musicians all on a jam. They don't need to know the key, the progression, they can just pick up the guitar, pick up the saxophone, sit down at the piano, and keep up with the changes. You don't need the sheet music, you just PLAY
@XanielMarinoАй бұрын
It’s funny cause in the first half Noah Eagle and Dwade pointed out Steve was essentially demanding they run the called plays and look how that went. They took told him to stfu and get out the way in the 4th

I got it for the first time a couple weeks ago. I've had insomnia my entire adult life. I slept 8 hrs straight during the day. Let's be real, COVID is not nearly as exhausting now than it was in its first few variants. Y'all need to stop. Noah ran 19.47 and Tebogo 19.50 just last year. Y'all letting Noah Lyles gaslight you into thinking he is some dominant force in the sport. The man winning titles by the slimmest of margins and when the people he barely beat come back better the next year, now it's excuses. Tebogo ran one of the smoothest 19.45 you seen since Bolt. And he shut it down too. Wasn't pushed at all. No one was beating him that day.

Congrats to Letsile Tebogo on winning the Gold. 🎉🥇👏🏽 🇧🇼 To Kenny Bednarek for the silver🥈 🎉 👏🏽 🇺🇸 To Noah Lyles for the Bronze 🎉🥉👏🏽 🇺🇸 COVID is no joke and it impacts everyone differently- plus he also suffers with asthma. That’s an added factor that cannot be ignored. Don’t know if respiratory specialists would have agreed with his decision to run or not - but HE made the choice to run. Wise or not - with no excuses at all - what I do know is, under the circumstances his ability to still take the Bronze was amazing! When we love the sport, and seeing extraordinary levels of athleticism, pushed to “GREATER” at the highest level of competition - ultimately Excellence is EXCELLENCE. And that’s what we saw - Period!! 🥇🥈🥉 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
