If this video was filmed in the UK, which most like it was. Because the British guy can't enter the US due to a previous felony conviction in the US. But anyways if the older gentleman is a convicted felon, charged with murder; how was he able to get his passport to travel to the UK for this interview. From my understanding it is hard to get a US passport after having been convicted of certain felonies, especially murder. It is even impossible to get a passport when one is in probation or parole.

Sorry I’m late I’m just catching up on all the videos but no that is incorrect as far as the travel goes. I am a convicted felon with a strike, and I travel the world. I have a passport I just came back from France. I’ve been all over Europe I go to Spain, the hardest place to get into after a conviction of a felony or even just a DUI is Canada, but if you’re there for business purposes, they will let you win may be in the past that was true about the UK but that is no longer the case if you’re a felon and you get out of prison, you can have a passport after you get off of paper so once you’re done with probation and parole and you’re no longer a flight risk. You can go anywhere in the world for work if you’re a felon as long as you have a company that can prove you work for them and you have your passport. You can even go on vacations as well, but you have to announce that you’re going and you have to file visa paperwork even though it’s just a vacation so they know you’re in their country but again I’m I have a couple of Felonise and a strike, and I travel all over the world for work with no problems. They do make you go through a second screening when you’re getting your passport though and a lot of the times when you come in and out of customs they make you do a second screening but it takes 10 minutes. It’s no big deal.
