Va pays for all the tuition directly to school and pays her a monthly amount as in extra money. She can also still receive financial aid If she taking student loans then it’s because she lazy and not good with money I know because my kids college is paid for too I’m saving for their cars. I was able to get my master with no debt using my regular gi bill
