DMD P'Aof is my love (we have two P'Aofs in the industry, the second one directed Bad Buddy series, he's a great man too) I'm in love in DMD organization in general (sorry for to much "in"), P'Aof put a lot of himself to make it work as it works today. For example his approach about fanservice is pretty simple: if you feel it do it, not feeling not doing. He's also the one who likes to see people eating tasty food so he treats boys often. All boys trust him very much, he gives them enough freedom and if something happens manages the situation well. Probably DMD the best in that aspect imo, they don't fall into controversies often but when they do their reaction is always fast, clear, polite, respectful and if needed strong. They are not afraid to admit that they were wrong and apologize and they don't keep silent if their artists or partners were wronged too. So I respect that a lot. Originally P'Aof was into photography and eventually transformed to video director. He's the founder of DMD (probably CEO). It all started with the KZbin Mandee channel, the first generation of DMD boys and P'Aof shoot travel shows (Zee is one of the first gen boys). As they gained popularity and acting skills boys started to act outside their KZbin channel, it brought more spotlight on them and DMD started to grow, slowly but surely. Three years ago P'Aof started to search for the next generation of actors and interviewed them personally, NuNew talked about it in the recent interview. So... That's how it started. I should give more credit to P'Aof here about ZeeNuNew things. First of all he was the one who scheduled singing lessons for NuNew because he heard Nu's beautifully humming, according to NuNew he liked to sing as a child but didn't know that he can actually do this as a real artist before P'Aof's guidance. Secondly he's the one who directed The Cutie Pie series. Thirdly he's the one who put ZNN together on CP project. Yes, he listed to them first and they were happy to work together but the decision was still on him. There is a lot of other stuff, including the upcoming The Next Prince series but let me stop here. He's a trustworthy man with great sense of humor and one of the best managers, directors (and CEOs) out there.

@@user-hz3ke5sg9o Nunew was originally going to be paired with Park, but after Zee and Nunew met, Zee asked p'Aof if Nunew could be his partner. The rest is history 🤭

@@user-hz3ke5sg9o Are you sure about it, like officially? Because the reason behind Park and New pairing (as I think) is the St. Valentine's Day video where they were presenting roses and were flirting as a game. Was it that serious?
