Justin I wanted to ask you....how did you do that silver?? Is it a paste??

I didn't add any mediums to the silver, I used a lot of paint and dabbed it with the brush to create the texture, although a heavy body acrylic or a thickening medium would work.

@@twistedsi33, I just now saw your message. Yes, the video's are very good but when you watch them on your computer, enlarge the video and put it on slow motion which I found to be very helpful. John is also very good about emailing you back if you have questions. If you are serious about painting, it is worth the price! I love his work very much and have painted using his techniques.
