I moved to the UK for a few years for a company position here and it's even worse. Every 18 year old in the UK buys a 2010-2013 VW Golf on FB marketplace for 1500 bucks, straight pipes it, throws a super burble tune on it, and revs up and down streets full of apartments at 10pm... they do it every weekend in every city. Worst part is they legit believe it pulls females so they do it with the windows down and UK drill music on max volume blowing vape clouds out the side.
