The part on the stage with no audio was their very first contest Damiano was 16 Thomas 14, Victoria and Ethan 15, they choose their name so they could enlist and they won! The dancers were friends of theirs and although the result was not impressive I can only admire their will to distinguish themselves the will to try anything possible to breakthrough...I believe the shot busking are some time after the contest... so young and still quite unblemished by life...😊

All'inizio erano solo Thomas e Victoria a cui si aggiunse un cantante poi sostituito da Damiano che allora frequentava lo stesso liceo di Victoria e Thomas. Successivamente su un gruppo fb (credo) per musicisti fecero presente che cercavano un batterista per la loro band.. e rispose Ethan. 🤷‍♀️ Era scritto nel loro destino..da li'a pochi anni si presentarono ad xfactor. L'unico maggiorenne era Damiano mentre Vic ed Ethan avevano 17 anni e Thomas 16! E in Italia scoppiò subito la Maneskinmania! Il resto è noto.. Sanremo .. dove per la prima volta vinse un brano rock...Eurovision..la fatalità che in America divenne virale la cover di Beggin..e poi esplosero nel mondo intero ❤❤❤

Why do they replace audio 😮 all those videos from pulse contest are amazing originally. Especially song iron sky, Dami said that was first the time when he thought they can make it, cause Ethan saved that performance and they felt their connection worked even without rehearsal.

that Pulse music contest (the one with the stage) was actually before they played on the streets. It was a contest for young musicians in Rome. Which they won ;-) They then got to perform at a minor side stage on a minor festival, (I think that's what they said, I could be wrong on that, think a video of that is part of this collection) It's the contest that made them have to come up with a name, as well as their first original song. And it happened within months of them finding Ethan, so they'd only recently started playing with the four of them. they were the only one of the groups that actually went as far as bringing dancers with them for the final. One of the judges then offered them a contract for some independent label, or so he said in a video (which I found somewhere here on yt, but not sure of the link to it), but one of their parents took a look at the offered contract and refused. (I'm guessing it was either Vic or Ethan's, since Vic's Dad is a tv producer and Ethan's dad directs documentaries.)

I maneskin ! È una band italiana come ce ne sono migliaia della loro portata soltanto in Italia! Questi hanno avuto solamente il culo di trovarsi nelle mani giuste al momento giusto, altrimenti non li avrebbe considerati nessuno e magari si sarebbero sciolti come tutte le band che non hanno né arte né parte!
