She was 15 years old when she sang this song haha. She's 21 now and WAY better. You should definitely check out some of her original songs like Tears of Gold (stripped)

I think her voice is way smoother than Adele's and she has more agility. She's amazing!

She was only 14/15 here. Her naturally fast vibrato and Moroccan heratage made up big part of her sound. I think her low range is way richer and smoother than Adele's, plus her agility makes her superior to Adele on a technical level.

Yes Sir ! Faouzia is a kind a female singer that need a special attention !! Pure voice, incredible range! Very humble ! Piano player ! Song whriter ! And... Morroccan canadien ! I think people should think about this "alchimie"...

Adele is ADELE and I have no problem with people singing her songs. Faouzia is a one off there is no one else like her she has a voice that can sing pop, classics, opera and she is a phenomenal writer. A beautiful young woman she is just breath taking her rendition of Blue by Eiffel 55 needs to be released and a long version. ADELE was signed the same day she left the Brits Performing arts school at 16 by 19 she had a phenomenal album release. By 21 which is one of the best albums in the world in it's release year she sold 18 million globally in the second year she sold another 8.5 million more. Album 25 after a 5 year absence was the biggest selling album world wide. After a 6 year absence she released 30 and she is the only artist of that year to sell over a million and that was in pandemic time. I think there is room for both but why do people have to attack another artist Faouzia has the talent no one is denying that but she has a long way to go to equal what Adelehas

She does some amazing covers, but her own songs are amazing! Tears of Gold, 100 Bandaids, You Don’t Even Know Me, Bad Dreams, Born Without A Heart, Minefields (duet with John Legend), My Hearts Grave… and many more! I prefer the stripped versions as it’s just her and a piano but her produced ones are good as well. Oh, and there’s one called Elon, which does make reference to Elon Musk. She is self taught in singing but was classically trained in piano and violin (and I’m pretty sure she plays another instrument as well). She is just 21 and in University to be an engineer, while touring and giving concerts! She’s absolutely amazing!! Enjoy following her career! And for her name, ‘pho’ as in photo is the first part pho-zee-ah she does have a clip where she says it.

And yes she didn’t have any vocals training at all 🤷🏻‍♀️ she wrote her songs when she was 14 , she had 11 years classical piano training she plays violin + guitar and some percussion

Great reaction! I can't believe she did this at only 15. It looks like you're only starting to scratch the surface of Faouzia though! Check out her most popular songs like "Bad Dreams", "How It All Works Out", "You Don't Even Know Me", "Born Without a Heart", "Tears of Gold". She has a great song with John Legend called "Minefields" - I recommend the "Live on the Today Show" version. If you like live performances, check out her festival concert last year for "Arab Heritage" - she sounds even better live. She honestly has a TON of content at this point; you could react to her for months. If you like Adele, she recently did a cover of "Set Fire to the Rain" which is great - much more polished sounding than this version when she was so young...but I do love this version because she's "in character" for the song. In her recent cover you can tell she was just flexing her vocal power and having fun with it...because it wouldn't be fair to Adele for her to seriously cover those songs NOW lol.
