EXO (2012)debuted before BTS(2013). EXO are BTS’s senior. EXO broke so much of records and they were respected by so many groups in the industry. BTS respects them so much and they are friends with them as well. They even covered some EXO songs before. When BTS rose to fame EXO were really proud of them as well. They are really good friends. Baekhyun and V are the members who puts the most eyeliner/eye makeup in their respective group. That is why fans branded them as Mother and Son. Both groups are legends and are great in their own ways.

The competition is totally between the fandoms, and I have no idea what started it, but it is time for it to stop. EXO doesn't care about awards or views/sales anymore. They have literally achieved the fame that they set out to achieve and just want to enjoy their music, their fans, and each other. I am relatively certain that BTS is the same way. They have both been in the game for so long, and having the fans at each others throats every time there is any award in the air....UGH! Of course kpop idol gonna become a friend when they always meet each other during korean awards like year end shows or in other shows. If they have the same day of comeback maybe they meet behind the music shows. Because EXO their senior. Like in kpop they have a tradition for junior to say hi or great their senior for manner even though now some kpop idol not really practice that anymore that is the reason they get critized for rude manner. I think it was possible because both of the groups are under the same company SM! I could go and say that i have met many fans of other groups who have bullied me or my friends but I won't cause I know there are both good and toxic people in all the fandoms so I can't generalize. I mean i have seen many exols even posting about another group cause they love that mv so much! So really if you have seen any exol disrespecting another artist then I'm so sorry but I know for a fact that those exols are very less!! We know how it feels to have your bias or fave person get abused on social media! I mean the amount of hate Chen is getting is too much! So yes true EXOLs really are very friendly and please don't feel down if some exol say stupid stuff and these exols are also probably the ones who either hate Chen or Lay or some other member of EXO itself and so we don't consider them EXO-L.

Every fandom has some toxic fans that like I start fan wars Unfortunately army and other fandoms go to war when all of these groups are literally friends with eachother. Not all fandoms or fans in the fandom are bad but there are some that are racist, homophobic, sexualize the members or only support one member and hate everyone else or just spread hate to other artist and groups which is never okay. Army are lovely most of the time and I hope that we can build friendships because I am a multi fan and will not tolerate hate from any of the group period so please people be kind.
