“How Could You Leave Us” is very emotional, have tissues ready. Just so you know at the end of “HCYLU” he told the other people in the recording studio to please leave so he could do that last part alone. The actors in the video for “HCYLU” represent him, his mom, and his sisters.

I gotta say i really love your videos sir I'd really appreciate it if you do a reaction on some songs by Eminem, his songs are much more detailed about the mental situations he has been in and more importantly they're based on true stories A few songs from him that I'd recommend are "Cleaning out my closet" where he speaks to his abusive mother about the way she treated to him growing up, and talks about how his father left them, and how he could never do the same with his own child (i really want to know your thoughts on his mother, she really sounds like a horrible person, caused his son lots of mental problems) "Legacy" where he talks about the rough childhood he had with bullies and bad parents and abusive people in his life and eventually those giving him the fuel to become what he has became (I'd really like to know your opinion on his childhood experiences because they sound really depressing to me) "Beautiful" which is about his life after quitting drugs and alcohol, and people having false opinions about his life, specially after losing his best friend "Space bound" and "love the way you lie" are both songs about abusive relationships with some really deep lyrics "Kim" in this one he tells a made up story about murdering his cheat wife (the cheat wife part is real the murdering part is not) "When I'm gone" which is about the situation he was when he had to choose between his family or his career I really want to see your professional perspective on those songs because they're so deep and talk about some serious mental stuff

Also I wont doubt when you listen to Why Would You Leave Us that you will at least tear up. Btw you have true reactions of listening for the first time. This song really connects to what i went through with my ex. She would lie about everything and mentally beat me down. By the end she was seeing another guy And after 3 years of dating i built up the courage to break up. We did break up and the things she said to me was almost like it came from a diferent person. It was pure hatred and saying something just to hurt you the most possible. I took a step back. Spent some time trying to not contact her Then i did contact her but with the objective of correcting my mistakes and showing how i acknowldge my errors and can be better. Spent 3 weeks doing alot to show my commitment and she would be cold towards me. I then started reading philosophy and learned to not let these feelings control me and also to value aspects of life and to not depend on her. Im now single and able to live with being alone.

If you're looking for a really good song to react to "Sing about me" by Kendrick Lamar is an amazing song. It's about 2 people in his life that felt different about him telling their stories in his songs, and how telling their stories in his songs could influence newer generations to do better. My oldest brother passed away from testicular cancer when he was 37 years old. It was stage IV when it was discovered, and even though he did ten rounds of chemo in 16 months it still got into his lymph system so by the time he lost his battle he had multiple tumors in his brain. Because of that, it changed his personality and he had become very aggressive. He lived in San Diego and I am in Seattle so our last conversation was a phone call. For no apparent reason, he called me all sorts of names and told me that he always thought I was worthless... just horrible things like that. That was in 2012 and it still messes with me. On a side note: Men, please go to the doctor regularly and get your checkups! My brother was a very athletic and healthy man - he never smoked or did drugs or anything like that, he played every major sport you can imagine... he actually got his degree in broadcast journalism and did play by play for sports games. He was in the Army as a medic and then worked for Homeland Security - he had to be very physically fit to do his job. Cancer does not discriminate and it could very well be attacking you right now. Please take care of yourselves!

Well said Ima and thanks so much for sharing! That was an amazing and intense story. It’s incredible to see how experiences can stick with us for years or a lifetime. Many times EMDR is a huge help for that type of trauma and we use it in the mental health field to desensitize the brain to a trauma. Thanks for the reminder to be checked regularly and you’re right, cancer doesn’t discriminate. Thanks for always being a loyal follower and amazing commentor!😊👍
