Ok for the carrying thing I know why people think that, she explained it on James Corden's carpool karaoke. I personally think she got famous so quickly that she didn't know how to handle it. She got very awkward and nervous in interviews in the past (and especially red carpet) so she got defensive and rude. It doesn't excuse her behavior, but I do think she has learned a lot and grown up a lot over the past year. She was so young in half of the videos and still is. I hope people see how far she's come, and how talented she is.
