ReactJS Music Player #1: Introduction and Creating React App

The very first video of the channel and a start of the series, ReactJS Music Player App, in this video I demonstrate what we are going to build as the finished product at the end of the series along with all the components that the website is going to have.

Hello, this music app is great, but using Spotify api, can I also add songs to favorites or add a new playlist from this? I know it shows your library from Spotify but I also want to be able to add new songs.

do you have any idea how I could use electron to turn your application into a .exe and .dmg file? i really admire your effort to go such a long way for doing this! wish our american systems taught us something similar to this...but hopefully you are free to help...

I'm planning to work on this project, following your tutorial. May I know if the player works even if I don't have spotify premium? Because some people said you cn't play the songs unless you use spotify premium account

You don't need a premium account to play the songs, it's just that the api only provides a 30 second preview for the song, you can't get the full song in any way. But the project will guide you in building a fully functional music app that is a great project.
