Idea name is indeed ramping up the war footing only for the supply lines to be overstretched, reach the higher energy faster but it self balances since it works for both sides and give mutual Maintenance. You can play twice to raise the pacing but it hammers the cost twice, ditto if both players do the same. Since the Fanmade expansions are trotted out more regularly, can't wait to see how my Abhumans fare

Isochrone moment is super cool. I like that it's conditional so its not just an auto win, and it gives the opponent a free turn to kill you before you can use its effect so it is very balanced. Very good design, the cards this time are great!

Calculated risk is op. Alpharius can just run a troop deck and generate tactics to discard. He can put in play stealth troops to survive until he plays this card and then generate more cards in his hand with his ability. There is no counter play at all, I do not like it.
