I love this! Guys trust me, this is a therapy, if you are in a bad moment and you can't focus or understand what is going on listen to me: do a cold shower for 2 minutes, other 2 minutes of wymoff respiration (breath hard) and then pause and reflect or directly go what you were doing first! I've done this now, and it helped me a lot.
