People joked for so long about Darth Jar Jar coz of his role in granting Palpatine emergency powers. I don't think anyone ever expected Ahmed Best as a JEDI let alone one from a game show then CANONIZED into a show AND be important in saving a bit of the Jedi legacy. It's a hell of a reversal
