I have a theory Wanda made a deal with mephisto to have the perfect life she wanted but she would have to give him her loyalty therefore making her a witch, (the scarlet witch). Just like agnes or (Agatha harkness) whom maybe monitoring wanda so she doesn't change her mind and helps her have the perfect reality she wants and mephisto probably pulled quicksilver from the x men universe. I like that idea.. I honestly truly do. However, I would like to point out that anything can happen. This could be a "aha, gotchya!" moment and this dude that we think is quicksilver (we have every reason to believe he is) is someone entirely different. I would prefer it be quicksilver and his memory was joncted from the transition from his universe to wanda's. If it were my choice, I wouldn't want new old characters being 'brought' but rather 'jumped' over by themselves to stop or maybe save themselves from something happening in their universe. No matter what, we shouldn't just assume he is the same from Fox. I kind of want Xavier and Magneto to be behind the transition but this is just so cool that no matter how it goes, i'll be excited and based on past experience surprised at how it unfolds.

Although there were some theories that says that rather than giving her powers, the mind stone actually unlocked a portion of her powers is still a theory. And her twins arent mutants either cuase it's either they're just illusions of Wanda or Mephisto's soul was used to form them.

I just realized that wanda only recognized him as "pietro" once he said "long lost bro" so I'm calling it right now, she knows that it isn't her pietro and was in shock at the end there, that's why she didn't immediately call out that it isn't him, and note that she had a look of confusion as she was hugging him, and maybe in the next episode, the two would confront the fact that they don't have exactly the same past and memories. additionally, when she said "Pietro?" he did like a "close enough" type of movement, maybe thinking that she just said it wrong.

I thought that too, about the head gesture! They both want it to be true - her because she's living her perfect life except for missing her brother, and/or she subconsciously caused this to interrupt Vision's confrontation. But as for his motivations ... is this someone else recasting (Mephisto grabbing one of the Quicksilvers living in the 80s to match the decade the show is in) or is it Wanda pulling someone from another universe? Everyone else that's been forcibly cast in her show seems to only know what she knows about them - hence why he recalls being shot in the next episode.
