There are two important facts happening here most people don't seem to realize: 1) Casandra likes it because she was jealous of Timothy because the Deep fantasizes about him while he bangs her. She obviously noticed at some point. 2) Much like he did with Starlight, the Deep had to choose to put something in his mouth that he didn't want to in order to join the Seven.
