Remember that the magic of her coven was what kept her alive 300+ years. The best part of Wanda’s plan here is the fact that she hides what she’s doing so effectively. She makes sure to land several hits on Agatha knowing that doing so will drain her power, which keeps Agatha’s (and the viewers’) attention away from the fact that she’s missing her deliberately and distracts her from the runes she’s casting. She effectively uses sleight of hand on a massive scale, a concept that was shown all the way back in episode 2.
