IF YOURE HAVING A PROBLEM LOOK HERE Commonly asked questions/errors: For others who don’t see the plugins folder in bonelab, restart from the beginning, which includes: 1. Uninstalling every mod you have had before on bonelab from cx 2. Uninstalling LemonLoader 3. Uninstalling bonelab 4. Uninstalling cx file manager Essentially, restart form the beginning, follow everything closely, and it should work! (this was from another comment) Q: "Why is the Bonemenu/Bonelib mod not showing up? A: Either theres something wrong with your quest 2 or your game isnt updated to patch 3 (the public beta). Q: "Why don't I see a quest 2 folder in my files?" A: If you see "Standalone HMD" that's the same thing. Q: "What happens/what do I do if I clicked restore app?" A: You got rid of any Lemonloader modifications to Bonelab and you have to redo step 3. Q: "Will I lose my non-code mods if I do this?" A: YES!!! I really should've said it in the video but if you want to save them, finish up to after you get Cx File Explorer and take all your mods and move them to a temporary folder. After you finish the tutorial you can move them all back. Q: "Why when I launch bonelab it's just 3 dots?" A: Most lilely youve done something wrong on step 3 and you should redo it. Q: Why is it saying failed when I try to patch bonelab? A: Its because youre using an outdated version of LemonLoader. This guy was the only reason I was able to get code mods. if you're asking but how you can't access the android folder it's because I used the file manager in Sidequest which bypasses the "for your security you can't use this folder" prompt and then did the same steps as shown in the video but I copied the entire game files onto my computer and entered the files that were missing with Sidequest. After that I launched the game and turned off the proximity senser on my quest so it would stay on even without me wearing it because when you launch the game for the first time it takes up to an hour for it to fully launch but for me it took about 45 minutes. some problems that can acer is the game never starts and that is because you did not put both obb files before launch. Next is that mods don't work and my answer so that is look up a tutorial. The best tutorials i found were made by chicken broth vr and the videos were about a year old

This works, I was commenting that it wasn’t and crying about its not working but it’s just cause I messed up like 3 times but finally got it on the 4th. Just start from the very beginning and listen very closely. It’s 2024 now so it won’t be exactly the same wording on some parts but I promise just risk it for the biscuit & it’s worth it. Tip: You can use Sidequest to disable the proximity sensor. This makes it so your quest cant detect if you have your headset on or off. Which lets you take it off during the long tedious startup.

To anyone not able to see files in OBB folder. Connect to sidequest app from PC. the file manager on there allows you to see the files. Idk how to copy and move files, so i saved those 2 files to pc, then copied back to quest in the alarm folder. then back again, hopefully i made sense. enjoy

To keep your save go to data,bonelab,file,save then move the one you beat the game with to alarms with your obb file after you do the rest of the tut when your putting back obb files put your save back in save file and press overwrite then you should have you save again (it worked for me but might not for you I’m not sure) anyway hope this helps!

When i open lemon installer and hit allow on the first thing it says "Lemon needs access to the Android data folder to backup game data" and idk what to do. It has a button to click setup but idk what to do after i click it Edit: if this happens you want to hit use folder on all popups and/or allow on some others because for me there were a bunch

Me too and I'm pretty sure I did everything correct but my Oculus has been pretty buggy lately and I had to reset it a couple times so I don't know maybe that's why it didn't work because I did everything in the video and it still didn't work so maybe it's just my Oculus for some reason I don't know

So, to my knowledge, this should work. Delete the lemonloader you currently have and redo the process with an updated version here: github.com/LemonLoader/MelonLoader/releases/tag/0.2.0 Hopefully this will work.

Your toutorial 100% works. The reason the spider man mods wont work. Is that it doesnt have lemon loader support. It only has melon loader support. There is a quest version. Of web swing mod. But it uses nimbus gun assets. Still really fun. Thanks anyways
