Plane is really easy, Go to warehouses, get propeller, then go to the lake for the steering wheel and then go to the plane shed for the wheel.

this was a pretty good guie but i still died a bit cos i drowned (didnt know u could and wasnt at the 3rd mini waterfall) and the thing scratched me (i didnt know you had to click the revolver twice to actually shoot but on the 3rd try i didnt find the revolver at the observatory i still went in and i avoided the frogspawn and found an energy lancer inside the code room and found an lmg later

It is the same, they recently added mobile support so you will be fine in most parts, if not contact a friend that plays on pc.
