Thanks Coach - we have been running it for over 7 years. Put it in the very first year Better Basketball put out the video. Have had great success with it with many types of teams and players. Wished I had it 30 years ago.

Most scores are defensive mistakes. As the game progresses the "D" should get stronger and stronger.
