Hello po Atty., mejo na confused po ako sa Rule 120. Does it mean po ba the court can rule in a criminal case even if the information charges more than one offense? If yes po, what is the purpose po pala of Sec. 13 Rule 110 if okay lang naman po mag push through ang kaso with more than one offense in the complaint?
