Everyone is answering nonstop for the questions I never asked for , but he is the only one who raise questions and logically answer them without making them superfictional / sugarcoated , and if he can't find he just say leave it on present , without blaming on previous past and future . He is the one who make us fearless ( a trait of of god )

My RBC Book Summary#14 Learning to Silence the Mind by OSHO Audiobook I was not fully aware about meditation previously..but this summary and this book give me wonderful knowledge... I have taken notes regarding this book, during this summary video ..below are some points I feel very important for my self.. In Short where the mind ends Meditation begins..ah some line... the word silence means self...gr8 .. Take a very deep look insider your mind, see what its inspirations are..another gr8 line... With the help of meditation you reach from head to Heart and from Heart to Power... Intelligence does not come from cunning... What u think is What U become..In today's world we forget to trust ourselfs.. Real happiness can only be achieved with the help of Silence/meditation and deep understanding.....Remember one moment happiness is actually not any happiness . Everyone holds a great mystery inside themselves...it depends on you how many thoughts you give to your mind... What I concluded:..Silence/Meditation is more powerful than our heart and mind..With the help of silence we can not only know our self but we can trust our self.. if we know each and every aspect of our self( internally and externally ) Silence/ Mediation provide us this rare opportunity..where we can not only get understanding but also we can get control of our mind heart and body....then a man become infinite..because every thing is presence in side our self...We just have to explore and put our energy in right direction..
