I tried so hard to read Can’t Spell Treason without Tea. I am going to try to get back into it, but I wasn’t rooting for the main couple. I feel like this book and Legends and Lattes are written completely differently, and don’t give me the same vibe. Yesss! It’s missing whimsy. Felt like same issues as today but in a magical backdrop.

I felt the whimsy with Moon Soul by Nathaniel Luscombe. It was my first cozy scifi. I agree with everything you said about Becky Chambers books. Moon Soul had beautiful world building on a purplish/pinkish moon, and had a bi-species native that reads memories in sand then experiences burnout, loss, and making friends. I really enjoyed it.

I also had a hard time getting into Emily Wildes Encyclopedia of Faires! I think it was because it was a bit dry and info-dumpy in the beginning but it does get better once more characters get introduced. It does have the cozy fantasy vibes that I think you're looking for and a simple enough story

I loved how Legends & Lattes made me feel relaxed and cozy! I haven’t found any other books that do that yet besides Bookshops & Bonedust, it’s nice to hear that you also love the coziness. I can’t deal with books that have like a lot of tension and if it makes me anxious then I just don’t enjoy it. I have tried Can’t Spell Treason Without Tea but it didn’t really make me feel cozy and I can’t find anything that’s like super similar to Legends & Lattes in the sense that a lot of time is spent in a cafe describing all the coffee and pastry smells.

I never thought I'd want to read cozy fantasy either, but both Travis Baldree books were great palette cleansers for me. The Lattes made me want pastries real bad; the Bonedust made me want to browse a bookstore. Have I read any more cozy fantasy? I have not, but I am open to it...especially if there are autumn/winter vibes that does *not read like a Hallmark movie. ^J^ I part my hair in the middle most of the time; sometimes I go for just off-center to the left or right. Sometimes I lean my head over and come the front parts of my hair over like I'm going to give myself bangs, flip my head back up to see where my hair falls by itself. I'll use a comb to make a straighter part.

She prints them herself at home. You just have to find the book covers you want, format them to whatever size you’d prefer and then print on sticker paper, or I guess you could do normal paper and then just glue it down ❤
