Reading From Text Files (Java) - Basic Program

This was helpful but I want to re-explain the text file creation location a little better. You can create a file with the .txt extension if you have extensions set to show on you pc. But what took me a couple minutes to figure out, which I did when I realized where you were creating the second file. Is that the txt file is to be created in the project root. I had trouble as I tried to create in my package folder.
