Hello ma, please I have a question in regards to the application form I really do not know if it is necessary, because it was state that one should list up to 10 publications and a minimum of 5 universities attended I’d like to know what you did when you applied or what advice you will give me in that aspect

My advice is to always do with what you have. I used what I had. But I do not understand 5 universities attended - there was nothing like that in my time. Check the form again to make sure you are doing the right thing.
