Once Upon a Broken Heart was the reason I turned from a Romance girly to a heavy Fantasy reader. I love the series so much. I have read the series after the caraval series cause at the time I didn't know it existed. It makes much more sense and ✨butterflies ✨ reading after caraval but obviously YOU DON'T HAVE TO . Loved ur vlog as always

technically, you will understand once upon a broken heart if you dont read the caraval series first. however, there is so much information in the caraval books that makes ouabh so much better. jacks is a pretty significant character in two of the books, and the fates are really important. also, ouabh and tbona have a couple major finale spoilers, so if you want to read both its better to start with caraval.

I LOVE OUABH and TBONA! Jacks is my favourite character! 😍 So glad you enjoyed them! I’m planning on reading Acotar this summer! I read the Caraval series afterward too. Fantasy is one of my favourite genres so I’m always happy when I find a great one with simple world building, magic system, and cool characters! 🥰❤

My comfort booktuber reading my comfort genre?? My day is easily made!! I have been a longtime fantasy reader and it's a comfort genre because it's my escape from harsh reality sometimes! Thank you for this video, Alexa!! Glad you loved ACOMAF!! It's my favorite book in the ACOTAR series and I highly recommend reading the rest of it! Also, yes, fantasy books do rip your heart to shreds!! My favorite fantasy series of all time is The Shadowhunters Chronicles by Cassandra Clare. Lovelotss! 💕💕💕
