Whether that man was a police officer or not is nothing to do with it, the fact is he's working for the police via a company ( and representing them while driving one of their vans ) and for him to stick a finger up to a member of the public while working for them should be taken a lot more seriously by the police, and they should stop using/ employing him from whatever firm he works with, in fact he should lose his job over this. It's quite simple, the man driving the police van committed the offence of disorderly conduct, at least. On being shown the evidence the police officer MUST then act on it, it is his duty. The van driver should have been cautioned and informed he was being reported for the offence.

Imagine banging on about your freedom of speech and right to give someone the finger whilst simultaneously thinking that you can get them arrested for photography 🤦🏽‍♂️🤣 I wonder if this guy knows what logic is or has ever actually thought anything though 🤔
