Reading Quran On Mobile Without Wudu? By Sister Andlib-
Are Quran apps the same as mushafs?
These mobile phones in which Quran is put in written or recorded form do not come under the same ruling as the Mus-haf, so it is permissible to touch them without having purified oneself and it is permissible to take them into the washroom with one, because writing Quran on the mobile phone is not like writing it in a Mus-haf. It takes the form of waves that appear and disappear, and its letters are not fixed, and the mobile phone may contain Quran and other things.
Can you read Quran without wudu on phone?
Shaykh ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Nasir al-Barrak was asked; What is the ruling on reading Quran from mobile phones without having purified oneself?
He replied (may Allah preserve him):
“It is well known that it is not essential to be free from minor impurity when reciting Quran from memory , or even from major impurity, but purifying oneself before reciting Quran, even from memory, is better, because it is the Word of Allah and it is more respectful towards Him to only recite it when in a state of purity.
When reading from the Mus-haf it is essential to be in a state of purity in order to touch the Mus-haf, because of what it says in the famous hadith: “No one should touch the Quran but one who is pure.” And because of what it says in many reports from the Sahaba and Tabi'in. This is the view of the majority of scholars, which is that it is haram for one who is in a state of impurity to touch the Mus-haf, whether that is for reading or otherwise.
Based on this, it seems that mobile phones and similar devices on which Quran may be recorded do not come under the same rules as the Mus-haf, because the letters of the Quran in these devices are different from the letters in the Mus-haf. They do not exist in the form in which they are read, rather they exist in the form of waves that form the letters when needed, so they appear in the screen then disappear when one moves to another verse. Based on this, it is permissible to touch the mobile phone or tape on which Quran is recorded, and it is permissible to read from it, even if one is not in a state of purity. I don't agree with her First of all respect quran . Quran hmesha wudhu ki halat mei padha jata hai aab chahe vo mobile mai ho ya hardcopy mai . Isse aap quran ki respect krogey . Aur second baat it's better ki quran ko hardcopy se padha jaye avoid in mobile because haram cheeze bht hoti hai mobile mai . Or use seperate Tab only for quran but read it with proper wudu to show some respect

@@Shila_singh20 you cant introduce something new to the religion in the name of respect. A mobile is not the Quran you CAN read the Quran without wudu anyway according to some madhabs. But the hanafis say you cant touch the mushaf unless you have wudu

@@razamughal9095 religion mobile se nhi bana hai balki religion kisi astha se bana hai . Koi bhi kuch bhi bole but my first opinion is to read Qur'an from book only in wudu but if u don't have hardcopy then u can use mobile or any device better to do wudu before reading because u r reading Qur'an ayetein and that has some deep meaning , Khuda reward dera hai if u r in wudu , Aur aak aur baat khuda na khasta agar tum intekaal farma gaye during reading Qur'an from mobile and u were in wudu then uska sawaab aapko khuda hei behtar tarike se de skta hai .
